I’ve only know Tai for around two months, but I’ve visited her blog quite a bit. The reason I keep coming back is because she really does blog from her heart. Tai is a strong Christian and you can really tell it from her writing. Almost all of her entries are on a spiritual subject. Her site Maiden of Honor is a really great blog to visit. She is blogging with a purpose.

Will ~ Pemberley : Living Richly

Will started blogging in May and his blog has really grown. I haven’t visited him much, but when I stopped by a few days ago, I found that he blogs about everyday moments, adding great Christian parallels.

Jill ~ Through the Windowpane

My Mother really does deserve this award. Not only because she is a great mom, but because she blogs with a purpose. Mom has always blogged about her faith and she pours herself into her entries. She is always helping new homeschoolers and working on new resources for homeschooling families.

Heather ~ Sprittibee

If you’ve explored the Homeschooling blog community at all, you’ve most likely come across Heather’s blog. Heather writes about everything from “blessing your feet” to “scary stories about standardized test scores.” She is a great encouragement to many mothers around the homeschool blog world.

Kristine ~ Mama Archer

Kristine’s blog was also recommended to me. I checked out her writing and was surprised to find it both informational and inspirational. Each blog includes a picture which really adds a lot of interest to her entry.

It is pretty fun to receive any kind of award, but it is even more fun to receive an award that means something. Back in April I started an award called The Blogging with a Purpose Award. It took it about three months to get back around to me. Yesterday a newer friend of mine awarded me the Blogging with a Purpose Award, not even knowing that I originated it! I talked with her about the award, wondering if I should post it or not. She told me that I should because a lot of people don’t know that I started the award. I have made an updated award banner and rewritten the rules. I also will choose five new bloggers for the award.
